I need some motivation
I am 5’2.5”
I’m a little so-so. At first, I liked it; but now…..I’m just kinda on the fence about it. It could’ve been worse because I’m actually the sixth tallest on my father’s side of the family(everyone’s 5’1” and below)
Half of a Big-Mac, 2 cups of water(288 cal)
1 banana, half of an apple(152.5 cal), more water
Finished Big-Mac(288 cal)
Small hotdog(just the hotdog, no condiments or bread)(242 cal)….if I would’ve known that a hotdog had that many calories, I would’ve never eaten it
GRAPES !(Okay…idk how many calories that was….they don’t even have it on the box -_-)
I drank 1/2 gallon of water today
I did my Zumba workout on the XBox for 20 minutes. I felt so out of shape while I was doing it because I couldn’t keep up. I used to be able to go through those workouts with no problem. Those 20min felt like an HOUR
Cleaned up my room, kitchen, and foyer. It took me about 30min…had me sweating like hell !
I’ve consumed 970+ calories today (excluding the grapes) is that healthy anyone?

Today, I woke up and decided to weight myself. The scale was taking FOREVER to tell me how much I weight which is 212lbs
When I saw that number, I thought my scale had broke or something because last time I weighed myself, I was 192(probably 2mos ago smh)
I LITERALLY wanted to cry, but I didn’t. That’s exactly why I started this blog.
The red marker shows the size that I want to be(excuse my horrible drawing), but if I’m not that size, I’ll be alright. As long as I get to 140lbs!
